Camille H. LeBlanc, 81, of Villa Providence, Shediac, and formerly of Belliveau Village died Wednesday at his residence after a lengthy illness.

Born in Belliveau Village, he was the son of the late Henri and Marie (LeBlanc) LeBlanc. He attended Notre Dame de l'Annonciation Roman Catholic Church, Pré-d'en-Haut.

He is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Raymond Léger (Anne-Marie) of Barachois; one step-daughter, Mrs. Henri Bourque (Yvette) of Cocagne; six sisters, Mrs. Zacarie Boudreau (Dorilla) of Beaumont, Mrs. Osithe Lauzon of Memramcook West, Mrs. Thommy LeBlanc (Marie) of Chartersville Road, Mrs. Aurèle Melanson (Louise) of Peterborough, Ont., and Mrs. Eva LeBlanc and Mrs. Hervé LeBlanc (Alvina), both of Memramcook East; two brothers, Antoine of Belliveau Village and Vital of St. Joseph; three grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his first wife, the former Marie Belliveau, in 1950; his second wife, the former Elise Chevarie, in 1990; two sisters, Amanda and Rita; and five brothers, Dominique, Willie, Aimée, Eddée and Adrien.

The body is at Dupuis Funeral Home, Memramcook. The funeral mass will be celebrated Saturday at 10:30 a.m. at Notre Dame de l'Annonciation Roman Catholic Church. Interment will be in the parish cemetery.
